What are hair extensions?
Hair extensions are strands of hair attached to your own hair with a bond. They can add volume, colour, create texture, or add thickness and length to your hair. There are over 70 colours available in either straight, wavy or curly styles.

Why apply hair extensions?
If you have fine or thin hair, hair extensions can be an effective way to give the appearance of more hair. They can be applied to give you long hair, without the time and hassle of having to grow it. You can achieve the colour results you desire without re-growth or damaging your hair. Multiple coloured strands can be applied to achieve texture.
If you are aiming to stand out in the crowd we have fantasy colours and customised ombré colours available. Hair extensions enable you to change your style and appearance. Try a fringe... no need to grow it yourself!

Keratin, tape or Nano-beads?

• Keratin bonds are a fine natural protein bond, and can last for up to 6 months and won't damage your own hair. 
• Tape wefts are 4cm wide tape bonds. A refit and move up is recommended every 6-8 weeks and can last up to 3 months.
• Flat-tip Nano-beads are ultra-thin, flat bonds, encouraging hair to lie down flat against the scalp, giving a natural feel at touch.

How do I get started?
First, book in your consultation. You'll be be given options and advise for the look you desire, with a personalised quote. 
A consultation fee of $100 will be deducted from your service, if you decide to go ahead.

What do I do before my service?
It is best to arrive at your application appointment with your hair washed and dried. We strongly recommended that you avoid  applying any colour, Moroccan oils or Keratin treatments for at least 2 days prior to your application.

How are hair extensions applied?
To apply a hair extension (combined hair strands) we attach a natural bond to a small section of your own hair away from your scalp for comfort. 

How are hair extensions removed?
Removal is a simple process causing no damage to the hair.

• Keratin bonds and tape weft a safe removal spray is applied, disintegrating the bond and the hair extension is removed.
• Flat-tip Nano-beads are simply opened and removed.

How can I make my hair extensions last?
Your hair extensions will last longer with the care. By following our maintenance guide you can have healthier, lasting results. It is recommended you see us 1-2 months after your service for a free check-up.
